Loved By A King (LBAK) is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting women’s health, wellbeing, and empowerment. Through faith-inspired outreach, community engagement, and practical initiatives, we remind women of their worth in God, empower them to live with dignity and confidence, and support them through programs focused on menstrual health, mental wellness, mentorship, and personal growth. Our mission is to inspire purpose-driven lives while creating lasting transformation in the communities we serve.

Our Impact
Since inception, Loved By A King (LBAK) has touched hundreds of lives through intentional partnerships and community-focused initiatives.
Menstrual Health and Hygiene
In 2023, we partnered with the Community Development Links Initiative (CDLI) to distribute over 3,000 menstrual hygiene products to women and girls in undeserving communities in Lagos, Nigeria. We also collaborated on producing reusable pads and supported menstrual hygiene education for over 4,000 girls in schools.
Community Empowerment
Our outreach programs continue to restore dignity and hope to women through mentorship, mental health support, and empowerment initiatives rooted in love and compassion.
Collaborations and Growth
We’re building lasting partnerships with organizations, volunteers, and local industries to expand access to health education and resources ensuring no woman or girl suffers period poverty.
Meet The Founder
Lola Adams
Founder
Lola Adams is a passionate and purpose-driven individual whose life and work is rooted in faith, compassion, and service. 9 years ago, God gave her the vision for Loved by a King (LBAK). A statement and a lifestyle to encourage others to believe in God and that they were born for a reason and purpose. LBAK was birth to enable women to walk in their God given purpose.
As the founder of Loved by a King, she strives to share God’s love and encouragement with others, creating spaces where people can feel seen, valued, and uplifted. A dedicated Christian, Lola believes that faith is not just a belief but a way of living. Lola Adams is a worship minister.
With over 15 years of experience as a social worker, Lola has devoted her career to supporting individuals, families, and communities through times of need and transformation. Now serving as a Programs Manager in public health, she continues to lead with empathy and a deep commitment to making a lasting impact on people’s lives.
Outside of work, Lola values time spent with loved ones. She is happily married and the proud parent of a wonderful child.
